Inner Space Yoga welcomes everyone, from complete beginners to well-seasoned practitioners. New yogis will almost immediately feel the benefits of practicing yoga, including increased energy, flexibility, strength, and general health. Yoga also cultivates peace of mind, relaxation, and a greater capacity to move through life with more mindfulness and ease.

Your Yoga journey is unique so arrive on your mat just as you are and let Yoga take care of the rest. 

Our waterfront Yoga classes are held on the deck of the Vaucluse Amateur 12ft Sailing Club with stunning harbour views and sea sounds to add Nature's backdrop to your practice. 

During the cooler months we will still practice at the Sailing Club but indoors when appropriate.
