Hi, I’m Cara — the teacher behind Innerspace Yoga.
I offer thoughtful, grounding practices designed to help you reconnect with your body and breath.

My classes are welcoming whether you’re new to yoga or returning to it.

Innerspace Yoga is taught across two unique locations, each offering a different yet complementary environment to support your practice.

At our Watsons Bay waterfront location, yoga unfolds alongside shimmering water and open sky. The rhythmic sounds of nature, fresh sea air, and expansive views create a deeply calming and grounding atmosphere — an ideal space to soften, release, and tune inward.

Our studio-based location offers a more intimate, contained setting — a place to turn your attention inward, free from external distractions. Here, the focus is on cultivating inner awareness, strength, and steadiness, allowing the practice to meet you exactly where you are.

While the environments may differ, the heart of Innerspace Yoga remains the same in every class: a thoughtful, embodied Vinyasa practice that supports connection — to your body, your breath, and your inner landscape.
